Riding out the Storm.

Last Night was insane. Lightning. Thunder. Rain. Everywhere. It was so crazy. Just when I thought the storm had cleared. It came back 4 hours later. Lets just say I had a "perfect" nights sleep.

D.I.Y. Newspaper Nails

These are one of my favorite trends to do on the nails and I thought I'd share how to achieve them.

Pre-prep: Gather Running Alchol, a good clear topcoat, a light colored nail polish with little to no glitter or relfects in it, a little cup(to pour alochol into while nail soaks), and about 10 to 12 pieces of newspaper bigger than your nail.

Va-la! your nails are complete!

I am loving this weather! It is still summery but it has hint os autumn coming in. Today I am about to go to the grand opening of Sephora at my mall! My friend actually has a job there so I hope I can grab up some goodies. What Beauty products do you recommand from Sephora?

Recently I got back from vacation in North Carolina. The warm beach water and the defiantly hot summer sun made for such a lovely vacation. I spent most of the nights reading on top of the house on the little porch or swimming in the ocean water. The outlet shopping down there is wonderful, and I did manage to pick up a couple cute things.

Is it crazy that I didn't find out about Derek Blasberg's book until I saw it? I adore him and I totally didn't know about his book. Shame on me.

Travel time means adventure time.

Today was my last day of college placement tests and my adventure at my university. I am excited but also a little nervous and scared, which I guess anyone would be. Since we have such a large freshmen class coming in I am suppose to have 2 roommates compared to the usual 1 person. Any advice for college?
