These are one of my favorite trends to do on the nails and I thought I'd share how to achieve them.
Pre-prep: Gather Running Alchol, a good clear topcoat, a light colored nail polish with little to no glitter or relfects in it, a little cup(to pour alochol into while nail soaks), and about 10 to 12 pieces of newspaper bigger than your nail.
Va-la! your nails are complete!
